Rose Virtual Care was created to solve a problem families face every day: “Who is helping us stay organized, supported, and connected?” As an RN with deep experience supporting families, I saw the same pattern everywhere — overwhelmed caregivers, isolated seniors, stressed parents, and loved ones falling through the cracks because no one was coordinating the details.
Rose Virtual Care was born to fill that gap. We provide virtual, non-medical support that blends structure, compassion, and cultural intelligence. Our approach honors family values, respects independence, and brings warmth and clarity to the caregiving experience.

I’m Wilmine, RN, Founder & Care Quarterback of Rose Virtual Care. I’ve spent years supporting families through complex care situations, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel. My mission is simple: to give families the structure, support, and peace of mind they deserve — without the stress of managing everything alone.
As a Haitian founder, I bring cultural alignment, respect for elders, and a deep commitment to community. Rose Virtual Care reflects those values in every interaction.

Wilmine is the heart behind Rose Virtual Care, serving as both Founder and Director of Nursing (DON). With years of experience supporting families through complex care situations, she brings clinical insight, gentle leadership, and a calm, organized presence to every interaction.
As your Care Quarterback, Wilmine oversees each support plan with a focus on safety, structure, and cultural alignment — especially for Haitian and Caribbean families. She ensures every family feels seen, heard, and guided, not rushed or dismissed.
